POLICIES AND CANCELLATION NOTICE
A consultation is required for new clients before any services are scheduled.
For services other than installation/establishment, consultation fees are non-refundable.
Consultation fees and deposits are non-refundable unless an installation/establishment is scheduled and performed.
A cancellation fee will be applied if cancellation occurs less than 24 hours of a scheduled appointment.
Consultation fees and deposits are non-refundable for no-shows. Let’s respect each other’s time.
Hair must be shampooed 24 hours prior to appointment and free from any product.
A clarifying shampoo must be used during the settling phase.
Retightening will occur every 4-6 weeks until locs settle (notice of timeframe will be provided after first retightening)
Retightening will be scheduled every 6 - 8 weeks once there is no slippage, locs has settled, and a growth pattern is established.
Schedule next retightening appointment at each appointment
Maintenance will be required as needed. Notify your consultant immediately if issues arise.
NO SMOKING/VAPES, ALCOHOL, ILLEGAL DRUGS, or WEAPONS are allowed inside of the building or on the property grounds.
No additional guests are allowed during your appointment.
Guest seating is available in the lobby (shared area) for pick up ONLY.
All guests picking up or dropping off clients must be respectful of the property due to shared spaces.
LATE ARRIVALS
A 15-minutes grace period is allowed for late arrival without notification.
Arrival later than 15 minutes requires pre-appointment notification and is subject to consultant discrepancy.
NO-SHOWS
NO SHOWS will be required to pay a $50 no show fee before another appointment can be schedule. After 2 consecutive no shows, services can no longer be rendered.
OPTIONAL PAYMENT PLANS
25% deposit at appointment scheduling and remaining balance in 30 days. (30 days total after deposit/appointment)
25% deposit at appointment scheduling and remaining balance in 2 equal installments every 30 days (60 days total after deposit/appointment scheduling).
25% deposit at appointment scheduling and remaining balance in 3 equal installments every 30 days (90 days total after deposit/appointment scheduling).
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Payments MUST be made on time. If you default on paying as scheduled, you will forfeit all monies paid, your appointment will be cancelled, and you will need to reschedule. Notification w/justification will be provided in writing.
NOTE: Changes to this policy is subject to consultant discretion and approval in writing.
Services scheduled under a payment plan will not be performed until the balance is paid in full, as scheduled.
