Refund policy

Failure to read Terms and Conditions of this page does not negate your responsibility

We have a 5-day return policy on damaged items, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, sealed, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Returns Fees Will Apply

Should you choose to return your order, the following will apply:

  • Return shipping at your own expense
  • 25% restocking fee.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.

To start a return, you can contact us at bontlelocs@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 1000 Vintage Brunswick Circle, Box 110, Brunswick, GA 31525.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.  You are responsible for return shipping fees.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

You can always contact us for any return question at bontlelocs@gmail.com. Please put in the email subject "Return Inquiry" and be sure to include your order number in the body of the email.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used hair products (Please check all ingredients prior to purchasing and/or use.)
  • Opened or used gift items
  • Product Samples
  • ebooks
  • Sale Items.  All sales are final.
  • Gift Items (items purchased by someone else for you)
  • Gift Cards

We are unable to process a newly placed order via the return process.  If you wish to replace the item newly ordered, please place a new order online, the follow the return process once the unwanted item is received.

For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return with insured mail service.  Return shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your return or exchange result from an error on our part, we will send you a prepaid shipping return label.  All returns must be shipped back to us with 5 days from receipt of your prepaid shipping label or you will be charged for that product plus the cost of the prepaid label.

Please note that products purchased via local pick up must be returned to the physical location of pickup.

Products that "Don't Work"
We do not offer refunds on products that "don't work".  We strongly stand behing all of our products.  When used according to the directions, they should work for you.

Results may vary on different hair types and textures.  We cannot guarantee that any of our products will work on your hair as expected.  You are responsible to use products according to our directions and recommendations with an expectation that it may or may not produce your desired results.  Failure to do so does not guarantee refund eligibility.

Allergies to a product or ingredient
We are unable to offer returns or refunds on products due to an allergic reaction.  We are unable to control who may or may not be allergic to an ingredient found in our products.

We highly suggest checking all ingredients prior to purchasing and use.  A patch test is recommended prior to use for possible allergies.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
No exchanges accepted on returned products.  Please ensure that the item ordered is the item that you want to purchase. No exceptions.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, minus shipping & handling, and a $10 processing fee. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
